- Exterior - A fourteen storey sixties building. With a brand new apartment tower adjacent. (open Feb 2003).
- General - Good superior first class property, in good location. SE0203.
- Lobby - Medium size lobby, with plenty of seating. Very pleasant area for a relaxing coffee or drink.
- Location - Located a few minutes walk to Auckland's shopping, entertainment and business centre.
- Restaurant - Restaurant serves Mediterreanean and Asian influenced cusine. Restaurant located on lobby level.
- Rooms - Pleasant rooms, of medium size, very well equipped and in good condition. Bathrooms are also in a good condition.
