- Lobby - Medium size Lobby, with a Cafe and Bar off the lobby. Nice furnishings throughout.
- Location - Located in the heart of Auckland, with the best Queen Street shopping just outside.
- Restaurant - Zest restauarant on the ground floor, on Queen Street side of the building.
- Rooms - Medium size, very nicely appointed, with all modern facailities and very fresh and modern furnishings.
