Hotel Reports
- Exterior - A traditional building with distinctive red canopies and a red carpet leading into the hotel.
- General - Hotel not visited since renovation so hotel report inaccurate 19/8/98
- Lobby - Although the lobby is small, it incorporates the Grand cafe which is decorated throughout in wood and serves light snacks, teas and coffees.
- Location - Located in the centre of the town of Zwolle.
- Restaurant - The a la carte restaurant is beautifully decorated in warm colours of blue, burgundy and yellow and with a lot of attention to detail. The chef is renowned as he won the gold chefs hat award which is the highest Accolade in Holland and often takes part in international competitions. The breakfast room is located in the basement.
- Rooms - All are medium size with the rooms at the front of the hotel decorated in blues and yellows as they have been renovated and are therefore in good condition, whilst the unrenovated rooms at the back of the hotel decorated in blue and burgundy and a little dated and basic but functional and also in good condition. The new bathrooms have green tiles and surfaces whilst the old bathrooms are white with white marble wall tiles and both types are in good condition.
