- Exterior - This is a modern high-rise building.
- General - The hotel's management is dedicated to their Queen and has arranged a whole floor with pictures of her from many years ago up to present day. This is a very good product which concentrates on art and paintings. 02/01
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and is spacious and bright with many paintings on the walls. There are some seats.
- Location - The hotel is located opposite the Kooekamp Park in the centre of The Hague. It is next to the indoor shopping centre and the train, tram and bus stations.
- Restaurant - This is a very pleasant bright room with art as the theme. The restaurant is unique and features many paintings.
- Rooms - The rooms at the hotel are large and kept in very good condition. They have been very nicely decorated and feel spacious. The bathrooms are also of a high quality.
