- Exterior - This is a modern building.
- General - This hotel is of a good standard. 02/01
- Lobby - The lobby is small with a small reception desk. It is extended into the bar with a seating area.
- Location - The hotel is located in the centre of Rotterdam, very close to the train station and to the shopping area. A very large cinema complex and conference facilities building is located just next door.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the 1st floor and is small but pleasant. Breakfast is also served here.
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size between small and medium. They are kept in good condition and the bathrooms are in very good condition. The rooms have been decorated in nice colours and are comfortable with all the basic facilities. The bathrooms are of very high quality.
