- Exterior - this is a modern, low rise building which has no redeeming features.
- General - this hotel has not been visited so all information is taken from the brochure, however, as the hotel has recently been renovated, it is no doubt to the standard of a very good first class hotel. the lobby and the size of the bedrooms, however, can not be described. february 2000
- Lobby - hotel has not yet been visited and no pictures of the lobby appear in brochure but hotel will be visited in 2000.
- Location - this hotel is located just outside rotterdam, overlooking the water.
- Restaurant - again, nautical in style due to the location, the restaurant benefits from great views over the water and offers traditional dutch cuisine as well as international cuisine. it has recently been renovated.
- Rooms - the bedrooms are all recently renovated and due to the location of the hotel, have a nautical theme to them. they are in good condition and are primarily in yellow, blue and red decor and have all the facilities expected of a first class hotel.
