Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The exterior of the hotel is very modern with a large circular driveway and some of the bedrooms are located in a motel-style annexe.
- General - This is an excellent alternative to rotterdam.Feb2001
- Lobby - The lobby is very large with pastel coloured furniture and because of the size of the lobby, and the white walls and plenty of natural sunlight, it is quite clinical looking.
- Location - Formerly a bilderberg hotel,the Mercure is located close to the town of Dordrecht, reported to be the oldest town in Holland, and a twenty minute drive from rotterdam.
- Restaurant - There are two restaurants and they are located opposite each other. One serves breakfast only, and the other serves all other meals. They are both brightly decorated. The bar is very cosy and has a feature fireplace.
- Rooms - The bedrooms in the main hotel have recently been renovated. They are medium sized and have a complete modern look with electric blue carpet and green bedspreads. The furniture is wooden and all rooms have wicker chairs.Everything is in very good condition. The bedrooms in the annexe have not been renovated and are slightly larger although the furniture is quite dark. All bathrooms are unrenovated and are in good condition.
