- General - The location of this hotel is one of the Best in town since it overlooks one of the oldest squares in the town of Maastricht. The exterior of the building blends in well with it's traditional surroundings. The reception area which is tiny and is very easy to miss, has been decorated in an 'art deco' style. The rooms are medium sized and in suberb condition, they have all been furnished using the highest quality modern furniture. Although the hotel has no restaurant itself it works very closely with the restaurant located in the same building. In my opinion this hotel could easily be a four star property, the only things that would prevent this would be the size of it's public areas and the lack of services available. 22 jan 1993.
