Hotel Reports
- Exterior - As the name suggests, the exterior of the building that houses the Accommodation is in the style of a chateau, whilst the building that houses the restaurant is a renovated barn and monastry.
- General - 03/01 mp
- Lobby - The lobby is almost mediterranean in style with terracotta floor tiles and a marble reception area whilst the bar, which is located off the lobby is Grandly designed and resembles what one would imagine a library of a castle to look like with dark wood, beautiful gold embossed cushions etc.
- Location - This hotel is located minutes from the historical town of Valkenburg it is set in its own grounds and is only a 15 minute drive from Maastricht.
- Restaurant - There is a brasserie which serves first class Dutch food and has a wine cellar that the guest choses from himself, and the a la carte restaurant which is located in various rooms depending on size of party. There is so much more to say about this property and needless to say, it comes highly recommended
- Rooms - Although some of the bedrooms are located in the main building, others are located in an annexe, however all rooms are exquisite and all are different however, they are all medium to large and in excellent condition with much attention to detail. The decor varies and whilst some rooms have wooden beams, others are split level with terracotta tile floor throughout.
