Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The hotel has a unique exterior due to the fact that it is an historical building originally built as an orphanage. It is traditional in style and is reached via small forecourt.
- General - This is a perfect base for those travelling on a budget. It is slightly different to most hotels in Amsterdam in as much as it has some nice grounds and there is a famous nightclub located in the grounds of the hotel, but not close enough to disturb the peace. The hotel is just minutes from the city centre.jg05/01
- Lobby - The lobby is large and bare with its main feature being the recently restored impressive iron staircase.
- Location - Located close to Amsterdam's famous zoo, this hotel is only a short tram ride away from Centraal Station and all the main attractions of this city.
- Restaurant - The restaurant has recently been renovated and now features attractive wooden floorboards and is in the style of a French brasserie. It serves international cuisine and overlooks the forecourt of the hotel. In the summer there is a terrace where one can have a drink outside, and there is also a garden where meals may be taken in the summer.
- Rooms - The bedrooms vary in size and are quite basic, although unique in style with drop down silver lighting. They are in fair condition, as are the bathrooms.
