• Exterior - The hotel is a modern, low rise block.
• General - This hotel is ideal for all travellers and there is a shuttle service to and from schiphol airport. 05/2002/jg
• Lobby - The modern lobby is quite large with marble flooring, and incorporates a few cosy armchairs and sofas as well as the "Orient Express" English style pub.
• Location - This hotel is located on the outskirts of Amsterdam on the national motorway for the Hague-Schiphol-Amsterdam-Leeuwarden connections. It is, however, pleasantly surrounded by greenery and opposite the nieuwe meer lake. There is a courtesy bus to Schiphol where one can get the train to Amsterdam Central Station, and there is also the station "Sloterdijk" which can also transfer guests direct to downtown Central Station. Both train journeys may take between 10 - 15 minutes.
• Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor and offers an International menu. It has also recently been renovated and is now very bright and welcoming with blue leather banquettes and red and yellow leather seats.
• Rooms - The double glazed bedrooms are all medium sized, and have recently been redecorated. They all have air conditioning and the new colour scheme is blue and yellow with dark wood furnishings. All rooms have a desk, a armchair and are worthy of their first class classification. The modern bathrooms are also in good condition, but are a little on the small size.
