Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The hotel has retained it's historical features and has one of the most impressive entrances in Amsterdam.
- General - Probably the best hotel in Amsterdam.
- Lobby - The lobby is of medium size and is decorated in traditional style with marble flooring and antique style furniture. This area also includes a comfortable lounge which is connected to the small bar.
- Location - This hotel is located in the old part of Amsterdam overlooking the main canal and is only a short walk from the railway. It is a former 16th century Royal Inn, and more recently the setting for the wedding of Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands.
- Restaurant -
- Rooms - The rooms are medium to large in size, and decorated in old, English style. They do vary slightly as they have been individually designed to reflect the building's historic past. They have views onto the 17th century canals, the secluded Garden or the paved inner courtyard. The bathrooms like the rooms are in exceptional condition - decorated in marble with gold taps.
