- Exterior - The hotel looks typical a modern block like these ones built in 1970s.
- General - 36013
- Lobby - It has this public area which decorated and furnitured with the 70s styleand diffenitley in need of some renovations.
- Location - This hotel is located on the sea side, few minutes walk to the city centre where all the tourist attraction and the shopping centres are situated. Itis in a superb location as most of the rooms are overlooking the sea.
- Restaurant - The main restaurant is simply decorated and furnitured. It is clean and tidy but also in need of some renovations. It still serves a good quality cuisine in a buffet stile. This property was the best in town one day and it is run down a lot now, it is in need of a some renovations to get back and compete in the market again. Nice facilities but rooms need still some work.
- Rooms - All rooms are well sized as it is an old building. Rooms are quite basic with nothing special to be mentioned about them apart from they are in need of a serious renovations, one of the good things about rooms this excellent view overe the sea.
