- Lobby - It has a well decorated and presented public area which is furnitured with an expensive furniture and decorated with light colours.
- Location - This hotel is located just in the edge of the city centre providing an excellent access to the highway which connect all Morocco.
- Restaurant - The main restaurant is simply decorated and serves a very wide selection of the international food, also there is the Moroccon restaurant which is beautifully decorated with this moorish style, it also serves an excellent selection of the local food. The Moroccon restaurant presents a live local band and belly dancer sometimes. This property enjoys a good view over the river.
- Rooms - All rooms are reasonably sized, well decorated, equipped with the latest technology to provide comfort and luxury.
