- Exterior - A traditional peach stone building situated next door to the semiramis meridien hotel. Lobby
- General - Area is of a medium size and a relatively modern style although some of the furniture dates back to the 1970's era. There is a separate seating area to the left of the lobby. General- a good sized 4 star property ideal for budget travellers looking for a comfortable brak. 02/02/00

- Location - Very close to the highway between Marrakech and Casablanca, just a few minutes drive from the town centre and just 10-15 minutes on foot to the bazzar and the shopping centre.
- Restaurant - Overlooks the swimming pool and serves traditional and local cuisine
- Rooms - Are of a medium size and are of modern style.
