- Exterior - High rise (10 storey) plain clean white stone building
- General - In general this is a good 4* property. 02/02CD
- Lobby - Medium sized with raised central seating area and rear lounge area overlooking a small garden. There is a snack bar and another small bar leading off the lobby. There is beige and brown marble flooring and the first floor overlooks the central seating area.
- Location - Central, in heart of the new town
- Restaurant - Situated on the first floor. An international restaurant with 120 place capacity. Light and airy in design.
- Rooms - Extremely good condition. Medium sized with a light biege colour scheme. The bathrooms are large, very clean with a high standard of decor.
