- Location - The hotel is located near the main city markets and approximately fifteen minutes walking from the beach.
- Restaurant - There is one main restaurant with a capacity of two hundred clients. Snacks are served at the bar next to the swimming pool.
- Rooms - The rooms are small in size and basically equipped. There is no air- conditioning.
