- Exterior - A very large and modern, purpose built property.
- General - This hotel is a superior tourist product offering a wide range of services and facilities such as a hairdresser, gym, banqueting facilities and basic accommodation. 01/01 PG.
- Lobby - The lobby is large and open plan. It incorporates a large seating area.
- Location - Situated in the northern part of the island in Bugibba, an immensely popular seaside resort and tourist centre which provides beaches, entertainments of all sorts, restaurants and bars.
- Restaurant - The hotel boasts a very wide variety of restaurants and bars. Ther is a pizzeria called 'La Perla', 'The Sapphire' an a la carte restaurant and an international restaurant called 'The Emerald'. The hotel also has a variety of bars including a traditional English Pub called The Royal Oak.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and basic in decor. All are modern in decor but slightly dated. The rooms and the bathrooms are in fair condition.
