- Exterior - A slightly aged grey plain grey building connected to the airport.
- General - A tired looking hotel, which can still provide the business person the service expected from a sheraton property. Suited to the business traveller due to its location near to the industrial areas of Kuala Lumpur. Nov98
- Lobby - Medium sized with alot of seating areas. The floor is marble and colours used are browns and cream. The lobby also has a slightly tired feel.
- Location - Situated at the site of Kuala Lumpur's domestic airport in subang jaya. The sheraton is neaby the shah alam industrial area.
- Restaurant - Both western and oriental restaurants are available.
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are in fair condition and suited to the business traveller with comprehensive facilities provided.
