- Lobby - The lobby is medium size, open plan and leads out to the outdoor pool just outside. Adjoining it is the restaurant and cocktail bar which is cooled by the overhead colonial style fans and sea breezes.
- Location - The hotel is situated along the beachfront at batu ferringhi and it is about 20 min drive from the town centre. The hotel's beach offers sea-sports facilities.

- Rooms - These are medium size on average and in fairly good condition. They are furnished with simple decor and modern furniture in pale pastel colour scheme. Some rooms have scenic views of the nearby rainforested mountains, islets as well as the sea.
