- Exterior - The hotel is a modern high rise building which adjoins a shooping mall next to it.
- General - This hotel is a simple, no frills product. However, the friendliness of the the staff gives a very welcoming atmoshpere nov 98
- Lobby - Small in size, with a few seats available. The small business centre andrestaurant are also located on the lobby level.
- Location - The hotel is situated on the outskirts of georgetown, along the road towards batu ferringhi. It is 10 min drive from the town centre and about 5 min from ferringhi beach.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a restaurant that is medium size, clean and modern. It serves local & asian menu.
- Rooms - They are small on an average, but in good condition. They are pleasantly decorated with modern furniture and paster colour scheme. The bathroom is in average condition with basic decor.
