• Exterior - The newly renovated exterior is in excellent condition with 2 wings. The Beach Wing as the name goes, is right on the beach front and, connected by a pedestrain walkway, the Garden Tower across the road is a high rise building flanked by the green Penang forest behind and the sea facing rooms look over the Beach Wing for a view of the Malacca Straits.
• General - This is a highly recommend property if one decides to stay on the beach area in Penang. It has an excellent location and the newly renovated hotel boast one of the nicest rooms in Penang. Definitely a 'Best Buy' property. AC 03/2001
• Lobby - The Beach Wing has an open air lobby with a more resort feel, It is large, breezy and green with coconut trees by the nearby pool. There are scattered chairs for lounging around with a very relax feel.
• Location - Located on the strip of popular beach, Batu Ferringhi, the hotel is on prime location for access to shops, restaurants, the night market and beautiful beaches. It is within walking distances from hotel such as the Golden Sands, Lone Pine and the Park Royal.
• Restaurant - The cafe is set on the poolside for nice views of the beach and the pool. They serve a range of European and local Malaysian dishes.
• Rooms - The rooms are amongst the best in Penang at the moment with the complete renovation. They are large with large windows for sunlight and the seaview rooms all have wonderful views of the Straits of Malacca. The bathrooms are modern with full amenities and marble flooring. The rooms feature parquet flooring for that resort feel.
