Hotel Reports
- Exterior - A modern high rise light grey building in good condition and stands out as a landmark in highrise scarce Malacca.
- General - An excellent hotel in the midst of the city and transportation by foot is convenient. Higly recommended for it quality, facilities and location. AC Dec 2000
- Lobby - The lobby is very large with the checkin counters off to the side. There is a cosy waiting and sitting lounge designed like a library. On the oppsite side is the coffee house where breakfast is served. In the middle are lifts serving the guest rooms and the car parks.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the city just 10 minute walk thru the side lanes to the historical heart of the city, Bandar Hilir. It commands excellent views of Bukit China, the Malacca River and the city from the upper floors.
- Restaurant - The fact that melacca has Dutch, British, Portuguese and pernakan influences means that the food has become one of Malacca's most famous attributes. Capers serves and east/west mix whilst the Long Feng serves Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine. There is also a coffee house serving local and international dishes.
- Rooms - The rooms are generous in size and offer good views of the city below, the Malacca River and the Straits sof Malacca as there are no building blocking from the higher floors. Simple color schemes igve a homely feel wihout trying to impress.
