Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The building is painted in a cream and a distinguishing spiral driveway on one side leading to the carpark.
- General - The hotel offers value for money and the new renovations means that one can get more than what one pays for. Location is within the city and views on the higher floors is good. AC Dec 2000
- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized with marble flooring and wooden trimmings. It has a entrance to a modest shopping arcade within the hotel.
- Location - Located downtown and across the Malacca River from the historical Bandar Hilir. It is accessible by foot to the Jonker Street thru the labyrinth of scenic side streets.
- Restaurant - There are a variety of restaurants offering everything from Chinese to international cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms have been newly renovated to a contemporary flavour with dark wood and off white soft furnishing. The full refurbishment included the bathrooms with new black granite sink tops. Bathrooms are a little smaller than the newer hotels due to the design limitations.
