Hotel Reports
- Exterior - A renovated shophouse with a modern exterior, it stand out amongst its more ethnic neighbours.
- General - Can be a quaint and exotic hotel but must be prepared to put up with vehicle and people traffic. More suitable for FITs.
- Lobby - A small lobby that opens out to a busy street that almost obscures it. It may take a little more effort to find the entrance.
- Location - Situated in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Chinatown, the SwissInn offers total immersion in the day to day activities in Chinatown.
- Restaurant - A humble coffee house that spills out the back onto another busy Chinatown street which doubles as a night bazaar. Much more variety of food is offered outside the hotel in the streets.
- Rooms - Rooms are generally smaller than others in Kuala Lumpur due to the contraint of being in a conservation building. But the lack of space is made up by character from the antique furnishing and views of old Kuala Lumpur.
