- Exterior - Small,modern building with a tired outlook.
- General - Most suited for those looking for a budget hotel with no frills and not particular about location. June 98.
- Lobby - Lobby is small and looks a little worn out with a reception counter of very dated design.
- Location - It is in the vicinity of Chinatown and near to putra world trade centre.
- Restaurant -
- Rooms - All the rooms are newly renovated by end of august 1998. The renovated rooms are in very good condition,with fresh carpets and new furnishings. The bathrooms are in average condition with simple furnishings.
