- General - A new hotel which is suitable for all types of travellers both on a fit and group basis, as part of a large complex, the facilites are hard to rival.
- Lobby - The lobby is large and elegant using cream and brown colours, seating is plentiful.
- Location - Centrally located on the corner of jalan sultan ismail and jalan ampang. Within short walking distance from the petronas twin towers.
- Restaurant - With inter-signing facility you can indulge in both the wide variety of restaurants in the New World and the renaissance including cantonese, asian, western, Japanese, mediterranean, plus additional bars and lounges.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium sized and in exceptional condition. The design is contemporary and all of the modern features expected of a new deluxe hotel are provided.
