- Exterior - Large modern building
- General - A good first class product with location ideal for fit and group. Jun 98
- Lobby - The lobby is large with a good size seating area with many comfortable sofas. The full glass frontage gives a lot of natural light into the lobby.
- Location - Just behind the major shopping & entertainment area. Directly opposite is a large construction site due to be completed mid 1999.
- Restaurant - goya' is popular for mediterranean, the fortune palace is renowned for its dim sum & cantonese specialities and there is also the el patio'coffee house.
- Rooms - They are quite large in size and in fairly good condition. The colour scheme used for the decor is well coordinated and attractive. Bathrooms are of a good size and in average condition.
