- Exterior - Impressive large modern building in brown colour which stands out amongst the buildings in the area.
- General - It is an excellent product, most suited for corporate fit. Jun 98
- Lobby - The grand marbled lobby is very large with plush decor. Right in the centre of it is a imposing staircase which leads to the dining outlets on the next level. The many antique artefacts gives an oriental mood.
- Location - Just opposite the putra world trade centre and near to most major commercial offices. The hotel is also link to a big shopping complex, the mall.
- Restaurant - The hotel has some of the best restaurants in town. The museum Chinese restaurant was named the best chines restaurant, the outstanding gen serves Japanese fare in unexpectedly modern surroundings. There's also Legend natural cuisine for those looking for a healthy meal and the di-atas brasserie for its international buffet of delicacies.
- Rooms - The are large and in good condition. The soft eathtones together with the light wood colour furniture gives a comfortable feel. Bathrooms are in good condition with simple furnishings.
