- General - A convienient and full service airport hotel. Primarily a business hotel.
- Lobby - The lobby is medium size and of functional lay-out, with a tiled floor and wooden furnishings.
- Location - This Concorde is integrated in the new Kuala Lumpur international airport. The hotel is 70kms from Kuala Lumpur city centre.
- Restaurant - There is a Japanese restaurant called inaka-tei and a 24hours international restaurant called the melting pot cafe, both serving pleasant meals.
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are in good condition, although the rooms are plain they are comfortable.
