- Exterior - Describing themselves as a boutique hotel due to the small size (250 roms), the beige triangular shaped building is new and modern American in design.Its immediate surroundings are car parks as it is set off the main road.
- General - Top notch amongst the deluxe category, it still offers good value in terms of what your money is buying.
- Lobby - Small with dark marble and wood panels, the lobby exudes luxury with its expensive furnishings.
- Location - Situated just off the trendy shopping belt of Jalan Bukit Bintang called the Golden Triangle, the Ritz is walking distance to the most popular shopping centres in Kuala Lumpur.
- Restaurant - Upkeeping the Ritz Carlton standard, the Chinese and Fusion (East and West) restaurants offer intimate dining, often patronised by the who's who in Kuala Lumpur.
- Rooms - The rooms, typical of the Ritz Carlton tradition, light and airy with large windows for sunlight. Dark wood furniture offsets the pastel walls. Hard to find faults in one of the best appointed hotel in the city.
