• Exterior - The hotel has an eye-catching tudor styled architecture, in the rear is an elegant sculpture garden that provides an ambience of an old English countryside. It is a 6 storey Tudor-style building with 3 guest lifts serving all floors.
• General - This hotel is in a very good location as it is a short walk to the town of Tanah Rata where restaurants and coffee shops abound.
• Lobby - The lobby is done in white marble dark wood and high ceiling,. It is efficient and well lit by full height windows.
• Location - The hotel is ideally located at 1,500 meters above sea level surrounded by lush tropical forest which gives a bird's eye view of the panoramic town of Tanah Rata.
• Restaurant - All day dining restaurants serving continental and oriental cuisine,Rainforest (Coffee House), plus a cozy English Pub,Vintage Lounge Bar, serving cocktails, aperitifs and light snacks. And finally the mandatory speciality chinese restaurant, Jasmine Garden.
