- Exterior - Set amidst shady tropical gardens and trees the hotel was renovated in 1991.
- General - The hotel provides an entertainment programme including folklore and theme evenings, scuba diving and glass bottomed boat trips.01ka
- Lobby - The lobby area provides all the necessary facilities.
- Location - Situated on the south coast of Mombasa, overlooking the barrier reef of Diani beach and beside the turquoise waters of the Indian ocean. The hotel is 35 kilometres from the airport and 35 kilometres from Mombasa town.
- Restaurant - There are several restaurants including a beach bar, coffee bar and ice cream/health bar.
- Rooms - Most of the air conditioned rooms are situated in three storey, sea-fishing buildings and some are in garden cottages. All have adjoining bathrooms, balcony or terrace and are equipped with telephone, radio and minibar. Some of the larger rooms have no balconies.
