- Exterior - Yokohama Landmark Tower houses the hotel. The building is 'H' shaped, and grey in colour. It is the tallest building in Japan with the fastest elevator in the world.
- General - 0500/0500tn
- Lobby - Check-in is done at private counters so the lobby is medium in size with antique furnitures and marbled floor.
- Location - The hotel is located in the growing 'Minato Mirai 21' waterfront development, 5 minutes walk from Sakuragicho station. Cosmo World Theme Park, Minato Mirai Concert Hall, and Queen's Square shopping mall are all located within a 5 minute walk.
- Restaurant - Guests can enjoy authentic French cuisine at 'Le Ciel,' located on the 68th floor, or savour Cantonese cuisine in 'Koh-En.' The sky lounge provides a spectacular view, and is located on the top floor.
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size, and are spacious, and bright with European style furniture. The bathrooms are also large and kept in very good condition.
