- Exterior - The building is white in colour, and designed like a sail of a ship.
- General - 0500/0500tn
- Lobby - The lobby is very large and 3 floors high with various sitting places that form a shape of a cube.
- Location - The hotel faces Yokohama Bay, and is located next to the Pacifico Conference Centre, and National Convention Hall. It is a 5 minute walk to the Queen's Square shopping centre and Cosmo World Theme Park, and 10 minutes walk to Sakuragicho station.
- Restaurant - French restaurant 'Azur' is very popular with the locals, 'la Vela' Italian restaurant is a local favourite with reasonable prices for good quality food, and 'Pier 21' is probably one of the few floating restaurants in Japan.
- Rooms - All rooms vary in size, but are spacious and decorated simply with nice views from the large windows. The bathrooms are in very good condition.
