- Exterior - The hotel comprises of a main white building, 14 floors high and a connecting lower building.
- General - (0900/XL)
- Lobby - The lobby is small and simple with a resting area right in the middle.
- Location - The hotel is located in bustling area of Shinjuku yet can offer the Shinjuku Central Park close by to relax in serene surroundings. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station and there is also a free shuttle bus running between the hotel and the station. Just by walking through the park, you can easily access Tokyo Metropolitan Government and shopping areas. Tokyo opera city is also a few minutes walk away.
- Restaurant - There are 2 restaurants and bars offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, where guests can sample the traditional Japanese noodles dish (Soba).
- Rooms - The rooms are all varying but very small in size, and simply decorated. The bathrooms are all in good condition.
