- Exterior - This hotel is perched high above on the top 14 floors of the 52-story Shinjuku Park Tower. The building itself is grey in colour and consists of 3 towers.
- General - The hotel is one of the best hotels in Japan. 0500/0500TN
- Lobby - Once you reach the lobby which is located on the 41st floor, a private library leads into the reception area. The lobby is very small, elegant, and decorated with oriental figurines.
- Location - The hotel is located in a quiet area adjacent to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government buildings in West Shinjuku. It is 15 minutes walking distance from Shinjuku station, and a major shopping and entertainment district.
- Restaurant - The New York Grill and its bar are on the 52nd floor, and breathtaking views of Tokyo can be enjoyed from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size, but are very large. Every room has been designed with urban and modern touches with wooden furniture and decorated with various artworks. The bathrooms are distinguished by separated toilet, shower booth, and bath tub.
