- Lobby - The lobby of the hotel is small and cosy. A person might think they have entered a rich European's house. Next to the front lobby, there is a small waiting lounge with a fireplace and a tea lounge with daily live instrumental music.
- Location - The hotel is located in the centre of Osaka City in the Umeda area. It can be accessed from Shin-Osaka Station and both Itami and Kansai International Airports quite easily. The hotel is situated in an area famous for its shopping areas and restaurants.
- Restaurant - The hotel's main restaurant is an Italian restaurant that is open during the day offering a pleasant atmosphere.
- Rooms - All of the rooms are spacious and clean. Views from each room will vary but they all give a great vantage point of the city. All rooms are equipped with spacious bathroom in which one can relax taking a bath in their large bathtub.
