- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, and decorated in a plain 80s style.
- Location - The hotel is located on a riverbank in Nakanoshima which is close to the central Umeda area. There is a free shuttle bus that runs between JR Osaka station and the hotel.
- Restaurant - Grand Sky restaurant was the first buffet-style restaurant in Osaka. There is also a Japanese restaurant that has a variety of Japanese seasonal foods.
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium in size with an old-European touch.
