- Lobby - The lobby is large in size. The lobby is somewhat old in style. There is a large counter for clients checking in.
- Location - The hotel is located a 10 minute bus ride from Narita Airport. It is one of the closest hotels to the airport. There is a free shuttle bus that runs frequently between the airport terminals and hotel.
- Restaurant - The hotel has 5 restaurants and bars. A good balance of international cuisine can be found at the Serena restaurant.
- Rooms - All of the rooms are kept clean and are in good condition. All of the latest amenities are included in the room for customer use.
