- Exterior - The building of the hotel is a large white modern bulding split into two sections- the main building and annexe. The building is recognisable by its large 'Holiday Inn' sign on the outside of the building.
- General - GENERAL 0600/0600PL
- Lobby - The lobby of the hotel itself is medium in size. There is plenty of room for checking in. There is also a small coffee lounge attached to the lobby.
- Location - The hotel is located a 10-minute shuttle-bus ride from Narita Airport. It is one of the nearest hotels to the airport. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to and from Narita station.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a number of popular restaurants that are also popular with the locals. People are suggested to try the lunch buffet or drinks in the bar on the top floor. A beautiful view of Narita Airport along with some evening drinks make for a pleasant time.
- Rooms - All rooms are of Holiday Inn quality and standard. All rooms are kept very clean, and are spacious with double beds. Noise from the airport is blocked out by the windows. The interior decor is modern and refreshing.
