- Lobby - The lobby is very large in size decorated beautifully with neo-classical columns on the Renaissance facade in the Grindelwald atrium lounge where people can enjoy snacks under the charm of Europe.
- Location - The hotel is located in Sakae, Nagoya's main business, exhibition, shopping, and entertainment district.
- Restaurant - Guests can choose from restaurants serving French, Chinese, and a variety of Japanese cuisine including kaiseki, sushi, and tempura.
- Rooms - All rooms have been renovated recently with a chic European touch. All rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. All bathrooms are clean and spacious.
