- General - The hotel also has a resort-style outdoor pool with outside party facilities, open air jacuzzi, and even a pet hotel. 0400/0400TN
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, and well-decorated with elegant furniture and marble floor.
- Location - The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the nearest train station, and Makuhari Messe Convention Center. It is a 10 minute walk to Chiba Marine Stadium, and to the nearest beach, and 30 minutes by car or train to Tokyo Disneyland.
- Restaurant - There are 8 restaurants with various cuisines. Every restaurant is decorated and themed accordingly. Cuisine ranges from sushi in 'Senbazuru' and luxurious Japanese teppanyaki in 'Keyaki' to casual grill in 'Sky Barbeque.'
- Rooms - The rooms are medium and vary in size, and kept in good condition. The bathrooms are clean and in very good condition.
