- Exterior - A purpose built modern design of the late 1970's. .
- General - Modern in all aspects & with an excellent location, this is reknown as one of the best three Stars in the City. . hotel not visited, report has been written with the aid of a brochure. Jan '98
- Lobby - The lobby is very modern both in design and decor with Polished stone flooring, low blue armchairs and painted in light pastel colours. .
- Location - Ideally situated close to the 'fair' site with regular public transport from directly outside the hotel to the City centre, station & all parts of the City. .
- Restaurant - The hotel has no restaurant but a breakfast room which is to be found on the First floor and again is modernly furnished in pastel colours.
- Rooms - No examples are given but as part of the montressor chain they can be expected to be up to the normal high standard the chain provides. .
