- Lobby - - large with tiled flooring and wood pannelled columns and ceiling. The lobby also incorporates a large seating area. .
- Location - - situated 02km from the City centre, there is regualar public transport from directly outside the hotel. .
- Restaurant - - the restaurant is to be found on the lower ground floor serving an excellent standard of int'l cuisine. The breakfast room is on the fourth floor. .
- Rooms - - all the rooms are in very good condition as are the bathrooms. The majority are large with a small percentage being of medium size. Decor and furnishings vary but modern throughout. .
