• Lobby - The property has its own lobby which is nicely decorated with seating arrangements. The lobby of the hotel is to be considered a common space both for the hotel's and the annexe's guests. It is elegantly decorated with plants everywhere. It features green leather seats and sofas, and nice coffee tables adorned with bouquets of flowers. On the walls, are wooden panels with mirrors and fixed wall lightning.
• Location - The property is located less than 20 metres away from the hotel, to which this annex belongs. This annexe overlooks Campo San Zaccaria with its beautiful church, which is considered to be a renaissance masterpiece. It is located only a few minutes walking distance from San Mark's Square and all the main attactions.
• Restaurant - Breakfast is served at the restaurant at the hotel. The restaurant is situated in a nice comfortable indoor room with an outdoor terrace right on the waterfront. It is perfect for romantic candlelit dinners with San Mark's Basin in the background.
• Rooms - Small to medium in size, the rooms are nicely decorated in a simple Venetian style.
