- Exterior - In the xvii century the condulmer family built this typical Roman villa on the ruins of the zerman monastery. The property has a classic facade in a white and cream colour.
- General -
- Lobby - The lobby is large with a small reception area simply decorated with antique furniture, rugs and several paintings.
- Location - The Villa Condulmer hotel is easy to reach by motorways a/4 from Milan/trieste, and a/27 from mestre/mogliano veneto. It is 18 km from venice; 12 km from treviso.
- Restaurant - There is one beautiful restaurant which serves local food. During the summer it opens on to the surrounding Garden. The Villa Condulmer is one of the best villas in the veneto region.
- Rooms - The rooms are generally very large and are kept in very good condition along with the bathrooms. Some rooms are decorated to a higher superior standard and all have high ceilings with marbled floors.
