- Exterior - The hotel is a typical 3-storey Venetian building painted yellow, with green Venetian blinds and flowers at each window.
- General - This is a very good property located in a central, but quiet, location. It is made up of 2 separate buildings at approximately 30 metres distance between each other. Breakfast and check-in/out procedure take place in the main building. A porter is always available to escort guests to the secondary building.(310501CQ)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and very pretty with marble floors covered by rugs, flowers everywhere and elegant furniture. There is a comfortable seating area tastefully decorated and with beautiful pictures on the walls. The lobby opens up to the 2 breakfast rooms, the bar and the reading room.
- Location - The hotel is located in the centre of Venice in a peaceful square named Campo Santa Marina. It is just 10 minutes' walking distance from San Mark's Square and 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge. The nearest boat stop is Rialto. Hotel has also its own private pier for access by water taxi and 5 metres away there is a pier for bigger boats.
- Restaurant - The hotel has no restaurant. However, there are 2 breakfast rooms, one it is a non smoking environment, and a bar.
- Rooms - Medium in size, the rooms are all furnished in a traditional Venetian style in pastel colours. Floors are carpeted and bathrooms are in very good condition. All rooms offer modern comforts including air conditioning, minibar and hairdryer.
