- Exterior - The building is three stories high, the groun story beingclad in white marble and the upper two are painted in a light tan colour.

- Lobby - The lobby is small sized,very pleasantly decorated.There are oil paintings and prints adorn on the wall.The sitting are is in front of the reception desk with chairs and coffee tables.
- Location - The hotel is located in the very heart of Venice,on the waterfront of one of the Venice's smaller canals.It is just few steps from San Marco square.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a breakfast room only furnished in a similar style of public area.
- Rooms - Rooms are medium in size,traditionally furnished.The decor is a homely mix of Polished wood floors,Floral wall paper and traditional wooden furnitures.All rooms are equipped with modern comforts.
