- Exterior - This is a typical Venetian style building overlooking a smalll canal and the "Strada Nova, the largest street in Venice.
- General - This is a new hotel located along the largest street of Venice, the Stada Nova. Still in the centre of Venice, this is typically one of the most colourful and lively areas with many shops and markets, which show true Venetian life. (310501CQ)
- Lobby - Lobby is small and pleasant with marbled floor, wooden furniture and plenty of natural light.
- Location - Located in Cannaregio, the hotel is just 10 minutes' walking distance from train station and very close to the charming Casino of Venice. The closest boat stop is called S. Marcuola, from which it is 7 minutes travelling time to Rialto Bridge and 15 minutes to San Marco Square.
- Restaurant - The hotel has no restaurant. It does have a breakfast room and a bar. They are decorated in pastel colours with marble floor and wooden furniture.
- Rooms - Rooms are medium in size and traditional in style with wooden furniture and polished wood parquet flooring. Bathrooms are small and in excellent condition, as are the rooms.
